      I received the book for free through First Reads. I was planning to give it to someone as a gift, but I liked it so much I kept it for myself. I work in a therapy office and everyone loves this book. They all want to use it with their clients; however, we have all found how much some of the chapters apply to our lives as well.       I received this book through .I enjoyed this book, there were a lot of chapters that really made me think about myself and the friends that I have. The book mentioned god quiet a lot which I didn't mind but some people may.A quick read and very well written, well done Osayi :)

Overall, I thought the work was extremely topical. I finished the book in two baths. The chapters were extremely short and felt more like blog posts. I felt that there was an opportunity to dig deeper in the advice and the anecdotes. I didn't always feel like the author was willing to get extremely personal or completely honest with us as reader [...]

      I found it too shallow in the "how to change" aspect. The ideas aren't bad, but there just isn't any substance for the reader to work with.
