      This really reminded me of Colette Baron-Reid's Journey Through the Chakras, especially with the "pop" song for the closing track. Here are some of the lyrics: "Change will take you fast and far. Keep following the brightest star. Change will take you far. Honor who you are." Now, there is some good to be had from this CD, but the last track with its simple rhymes and repetitive melody is kind of childish and silly.Pert is at her strongest during the guided meditation track or the affirmations.       I've done hundreds of guided visualizations, and I must say this one is very effective at getting me quickly into a relaxed, healing state. The affirmations that follow are ok -- at this point I usually fall asleep (which is otherwise very hard for me to do).
